Fantastic $30 Map-Making Humble Bundle Represents a Online Gaming GM's Dream

After a short availability back in April, the Map Making Mega Bundle has returned with an encore that lasts through early December. Hailed as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" developed by ProFantasy Software over the years, the entire collection carries a value of more than thirteen hundred dollars. Primary Feature

Entry Level

The cheapest bundle tier, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four from the thirty-nine available products: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Monster Token Pack 1, Source Maps: Castles!, and Source Maps: Cities!. This one's only for existing CC3+ users, but it does offer new fantasy symbol styles for landscape mapping, more than 750 monster tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, and more than 70 urban floorplans.

Mid-Range Option

The eight-product collection starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting by adding in a lifetime CC3+ license, the first Annual volume, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. The Annual represents the yearly bundle from ProFantasy's long-running monthly subscription service which includes multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and additional utilities. Isometric Cities lets you present urban areas in 3D perspective with isometric views from multiple angles. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome comprises 760 pages suitable for novices and experts, packed with guidance and instructions for the map-making process.

All 17 volumes from the Annual series come with this bundle, alongside a slew of other resource and asset packs that can help users craft complete solar systems, or just go all-in on classic fantasy realm creation: battle maps, dungeons, urban centers, and continents from almost any perspective. You can even design character illustrations. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the full bundle offers tremendous value, particularly for mappers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. But it's obviously an even better deal for map-making newbies since it includes introductory guides to help you get started. The sole limitation is that while you can redeem the deal across platforms, the applications only function on Windows.
